Inter Miami CF has reached an agreement with Cristian “Kily” González to become the club’s new head coach. González will officially take charge after receiving the necessary United States work permits.
The former Argentina international arrives with coaching experience in his home country, having previously managed Rosario Central, Unión and Platense. Before becoming a coach, González played for clubs including Valencia, Inter Milan and Rosario Central while earning 56 appearances for Argentina.

Guillermo Hoyos will remain in charge on an interim basis until González and his staff can begin working with the team. The appointment gives Inter Miami a permanent leader as the defending MLS Cup champions enter an important stretch of their season.
